Game Resolution #19

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start up any game with the AV cord

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I was hoping that the screen size would fit but doesn't. Instead the width and 
height of the screen is too big.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Recent, on Raspbien

This is overscanning on your TV. Use "display_border" in the mame.cfg to set a 
border.
