Chrome Extension #17

When working with non-technical people, a slash command is already a step too far.

I request a browser extension which adds a dropdown box to the new issue form so the creator can select a template and prefill the textarea.

@krazyjakee This requires more investigating for developing such chrome extension.

Right now you can consider GitHub's saved replies and how to create one for non-tech people.
