Two webcam streams recorded with the same name #1564

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Don't know how to reproduce it but I am trying to handle the problem in the 
record and playback component

A user shared his webcam twice in a live session,  usually  two streams with 
different names are created, this time both had the same name so the second 
stream replaced  the first one. 

In the Record and Playback component, two events related to the webcam shared 
by that user are stored in Redis, but in the raw dir there is only one file.
