Copying to clipboard issues #144

Copying to clipboard, whether using the button, or doing it manually, also
copies line numbers in Firefox 3.

In IE6, copying manually is ok, but when using the button the output
contains "unreadable" chars for line endings when pasting in Notepad, but
pasting in Notepad++ for example is ok.

In Opera 9.63 all works nice.

Haven't tested in other browsers. Using XP SP2.

All in all, I'd really like this fixed for FF, as it is the most important
browser for me.
