Improve tasks look and feel #185

We have 3 types of tasks today, local, github and jira. For local type of tasks we need to enable "all the features", so editing and comments should be enabled.

For github/jira (external types tasks) we need to disable those features. Only show comments.

We need to make sure we show the tags, state, title, description, and comments of any tasks. Also it's important to show an icon that reflect the type of task.
