Hi @Blondstar since 1.4.3 i have changes the user related api calls to use the new ofrmat as described by Jira API documentation.
What Jira software type and version are you using? You probably using a standlone version which is not up2date?
I will see, if i can implement compatibility for both (old and new) Jira Rest API responses.
we are using Jira v8.6.1 and JIRA Agile v8.6.1 is there a way for me to use the add one version before and not the updated one? I can also ask our admin to upgrade the JIRA we are using.... but I am not sure when that will happen... also, we have internal tools that use jira--- so I assume updating it would need more than just updating the new JIRA version....

Provide a general summary of the issue in the Title above I can no longer generare the time report.
when I select a user, the user format is name (xxx@xx*****) then he blue create button is disabled and I cannot generate the report. then I try to remove the text with the email, I can then click the button and generate the report. the report is generated with the tasks IDs but not with the time worked on the jira issue (see below for additional details and screenshots)

This way it will log the error and debug information to project owners StackDriver logging account where we can analyze it better.

Expected result
blue button is enabled and report can be created
second issue when trying to enable the button:
after having the email selected, i del the email and have only the user name. then the blut button is enabled. I click it, and the report is generated but without the values of the work log
