time report stoped working :( #250

Provide a general summary of the issue in the Title above I can no longer generare the time report.

when I select a user, the user format is name (xxx@xx*****) then he blue create button is disabled and I cannot generate the report. then I try to remove the text with the email, I can then click the button and generate the report. the report is generated with the tasks IDs but not with the time worked on the jira issue (see below for additional details and screenshots)

Provide a more detailed information of the issue

Provide Debugging information For further investigation, please activate Debugging in "About" dialog, provide us with your "Temp. User Key" and then perform at least one another try. This way it will log the error and debug information to project owners StackDriver logging account where we can analyze it better.

Note: User credentials are not transmitted in any log data.

Steps to reproduce

Provide a set of unambiguous steps to reproduce this bug include code, if relevant

  1. select 'create time report'
  2. enter dates and user
  3. blue button 'create report is disabled'

Expected result

blue button is enabled and report can be created

second issue when trying to enable the button:

after having the email selected, i del the email and have only the user name. then the blut button is enabled. I click it, and the report is generated but without the values of the work log image

Hi @Blondstar since 1.4.3 i have changes the user related api calls to use the new ofrmat as described by Jira API documentation.

What Jira software type and version are you using? You probably using a standlone version which is not up2date?

I will see, if i can implement compatibility for both (old and new) Jira Rest API responses.

we are using Jira v8.6.1 and JIRA Agile v8.6.1 is there a way for me to use the add one version before and not the updated one? I can also ask our admin to upgrade the JIRA we are using.... but I am not sure when that will happen... also, we have internal tools that use jira--- so I assume updating it would need more than just updating the new JIRA version....

Dont bother, I will work next days on a compatibility switch for it.

Thanks!!! (I asked our admins and they will only be upgrading after the corona situation changes and people will be back in the office. they do not want to take any risks.... )

Hi @Blondstar i have just released a fix version (v1.4.4) to the G-Suite Marketplace. Your add-on should update automatically.

Please test, if this will solve your issue and let me know of the outcome. Thx

Thanks! I tested and look like it works again! (I also did a quick test for the different views)
