relevant dungeons:

[ ] hoa
[x] dos
[ ] top
[ ] sd

optionally:

[ ] spires
[ ] pf
[ ] nw, although that one is technically broken anyways on blizz end

not needed for:

mots

try to use icon from ingame (door/gate)

impl:

[ ] empty pulls with special hardcoded x/y coordinates on zone change depending on dungeon
[ ] add isGateway property to allow FE to indicate this is merely a movement polyline rather than an actual pull

also:

[x] make pull.zones a number, not an array. right now its still an array with one entry
