New tab /close tab pullup menu -> new private window [UI] #9

Now when I want open private window, I have to open some site and look for link and open that in new private window and then go where I want. There is these new tab and close tab already as buttons in bottom of screen so I would get them away from pullup menu and add open new private window pullup.

This is indeed something that needs improvement. Currently in git press and holding on the plus button of the tabbar and swiping up high (middle of the screen) opens up a new private window
