fix(load) put response stream into flowing mode #49

As we don't interested in actual data we need to put response stream into flowing mode, so end event could be emitted.

P.S. interesting example :)

This repo hasn't been maintained since 2013. Use the js fork: https://github.com/STRML/node-toobusy
