SE crashes when OCRing usin tesseract with arabic

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Download tesseract datafiles for arabic and install it 
(http://code.google.com/p/tesseract-ocr/downloads/detail?name=tesseract-ocr-3.02
.ara.tar.gz&can=2&q=)

2.install arabic dictionary
3.Use OCR via tesseract and change lang to arabic
4. Start OCR

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
SE becomes unresponsive and windows task manager sows about 10
processes of tesseract open 
windows finally becomes unresponsive and I need to restart windows

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v 3.3 rev 1536 winxp x86

Please provide any additional information below.

It works for me if I take all the ara.* files and copy them to the 
SE/Tesseract/tessdata folder

I re-installed Windows xp and installed SE 
added all ara.* files to SE/Tesseract/tessdata folder
and started the program open idx\sub file 
when i click start OCR everything hangs

p.s I have small memory configuration: only 512 mb memory is installed on my 
system 
Is this related somehow? Is Tesseract Has some limitations ?
