Try to use VLC Portable #135

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Options > Settings
2. Video Player tab
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Can select VLC Media Player, but radio button is dimmed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Portable 3.3.2, Windows 8

Please provide any additional information below.
Could you make SE portable can make use of a VLC portable?

Note that SE is a 32-bit application, so you need VLC 32-bit even on 64-bit OS.

Check this: http://www.nikse.dk/SubtitleEdit/Help#portable
Or you can edit settings.xml and modify the <VlcLocation>
