S3 compatible storage #373

Really like Cerebro so far. I'm trying to add a repository to it, but we're using on-prem Minio for object storage, which is fully S3 compatible, however it appears that I can't enter in a URL to use for the storage location. It appears that Cerebro assumes it will use AWS S3 directly and automatically populates the URL based on the Region.

Would be great to allow us to enter in a URL ourselves for S3 compatible storage.

Same here, we have on-prem EMC storage which is fully S3 API compatible, this would be a great addition to cerebro.
