Switch qgis3 branch to master? #15

I was looking to see if the project was still alive (to eventually contribute to it) and coming from the QGIS Python Plugins Repository and clicking on the listed Code repository link (https://github.com/lmotta/mapswipetool_plugin), I landed on the master branch which was last updated in 2015. It may be better for potential contributors if the master branch was also the most up-to-date branch. The current master could be forked as qgis2.

This plugin started in QGIS 2.x, then, for QGIS 3.x i created the branch "qgis3". Oops, I should go back the qgis3 code to master branch. Thanks
