$plugin->version downgrades from 34 to 35 -- source moodle.org #7

I tried to update the plugin from this source from v3.4.0.2 [2018052800] to v3.5.0.1 [2018051900]. This fails with downgrade_exception.

The version of 3.5.0.1 should be higher then the older version, to perform the upgrade.
