ATMs lnurls can still be pulled multiple times #15

Reproduce: Scan QR code from ATM with some wallet, eg. Phoenix. Dont claim the payment yet! Scan the same code with another wallet. Scan the code with third wallet. Now you can claim in all three wallets, one by one and you will get paid on all of them.
