This is a longer-term project: I think it could be nice to add a walkthrough for all chapters using GUIs / IDEs like RStudio etc.
This could be implemented using Tabsets. I would still prioritize the CLI, making it the first tab.
This would also help to understand how to do the same thing in Git from different environments.
