[BUG] Filtered Subreddits do not Persist #493

Describe the bug Subreddit filtering does filter subs properly in feeds such as r/Popular and r/All.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Attempt to filter a subreddit
Refresh the app
See that the filtered subreddit did not persist after restarting the app.

Expected behavior The filtered subreddit list should function function properly
