User can change their username (only) by offboarding and then signing up again with the same email address and the desired username.
Currently the profile page suggests that email and username attributes can be changed on the spot:
Remove the 'Oplaan' en 'Annuleer' button and add a change-username-button that show a popup explaning the process as above to the user
