Outpost has a 'suggest an edit' link.

For example, see:

To render this link in Drupal, it will be super useful to

1. store the original outpost service id in the localgov_outpost_service content type and
2. add a field formatter that renders the link to the suggest an edit form based on the outpost url in the directory channel.
