Update GeoMesa up to 1.2.7 #1634

In GeoMesa supbroject we use our own GeoMesaInputFormat, these changes would be applied in GeoMesa 1.2.7, we need to update GeoMesa when it would be available and to remove GeoMesaInputFormat.
