In this demo, I'm tapping the end of the line above the cursor "2024-12-28: dreamt" and the context menu is opening even though the cursor is somewhere else.
If I type (not demo'd), the text does go where the cursor is shown, so it's not a rendering issue. If the cursor is somewhere else and I tap after or even at the end of the mentioned line, the cursor is placed where it's shown in the demo. So it looks like the position of the tap is just being registered as the end of the first word of the next line.
