Create entities that didn't import #8

Looks like some entities may not have auto-imported. Eventually we'll likely catch these when we diff databases, but I'll track the ones I know about here to auto-create them:

Looks like it may have only been a single entity, and I'd left a syntax error in the DDL. Fixed, converted, and committed. I'm going to assume this was a one-off, not a systemic issue, and will open others if I notice more missing entities without a clear cause.
