Do you mean the power system? It will probably be reworked one some planned PvP features are implemented, so it will be more similar to how Factions work.
As for the Power system, I see that you envision a system based on PvP. The concept of buying land with money would make sense in PvE mode. Now, when the power system is more complete, I'll suggest a way to make it make sense in PvE mode as well.
Currently, plugin uses experience levels as the cost of claiming territory or changing flags and so on. That is very unique and good, but on the other hand, the value of this cost can rapidly decline due to EXP farming, such as monster traps. So, instead of experience, how about an option to specify rare ores such as emeralds or diamonds as a cost?
