Closes DOC-309

Enable users and support staff to quickly copy vCluster-config YAML from config sections.
Makes it easier to work with configurations by allowing copy-paste, helping users get started with vCluster more efficiently.

I see a copy button already on all yaml sections even before this change. I am not sure what we're adding.
