VS2017 Support #24

At the moment it is not possible to build the agent on windows with Visual Studio 2017.

Therefore the Text in the CONTRIBUTING.md seems to be wrong: Ensure you have Visual Studio 2015 or newer installed. should be Ensure you have Visual Studio 2015 or older installed.

Seems like that is not a problem of logdna: https://github.com/nexe/nexe/issues/313

@virth Did installing the windows-build-tools from nexe/nexe#313 work for you?

@leeliu I'm not shure if it was installing the windows-build-tools or installing vs2015 that solved my problem. But since its not the problem of the logdna-agent I close this issue.
