Prevent Cmd window to pop up when loading game

When you execute games, windows cmd window will pop up. I would like not the 
this on top of screen. Thanks for your great work. Rcb rocks!

You already can do this through the rom collection settings under "launch 
games".

Activate "use popen".

I cannot find this setting in rcb. I am using Version 2.1.2 with Gotham.
List of settings available regarding launch Games:
- use VB script in solo mode (Windows only)
- solo mode startup delay
- escape emulator cmd
- Pre-launch delay 
- Post-launch delay
- suspend Audio
- minimize xbmc

Escape emulator cmd will just pop up cmd Windows shortly and Games will not 
Start.

Hm are you sure? If you press c for the context menu, go to edit rom collection 
and there to launch Games there shoul be a option for it.

Look in the wiki here under configuration->edit rom collection->launch games 
theres a screenshot depicting the option
