Give users control over evaluation order #11

Users should have more control over evaluation order of groups (e.g. to define a fallback group as suggested in chrome web store review by Lucas Abido Figueiro and Piotr Skrzeczkowski). Current ordering is alphabetical.

This is possible in the just released Auto-Group Tabs v0.0.6.
