feedback - paper trash should only appear in bucket toilets when using toilet paper and crumbled paper

this is a left over before toilet paper was useable, if you took a shit paper trash would apear in the bucket toilet implying your using paper, but not with toilet paper being an item it the trash still appears even if you dont have any asswipes on hand, this should be changed so paper trash only shows up if you have wipes.
