[PublicPlaytest/0.4.0.3 V4] Apt. 10 Bathroom inaccessible pre-clearing

The Apartment 10 (Floor 4, Small apt.) has the bathroom inaccessible, even though the apartment hasn't been cleared yet, see screenshots and save attached.

The problem has persisted through restarts and reloads.

Update: I was able to remove the junk via noclipping in, the tenement map tells me that the apartment is now clear, and had an upgrade in the bathroom going, see screenshot attached.

Somehow the bathroom renovation was started before it was cleaned. Maybe the map data was somehow reset/missing? The stairwell also appears to have default furniture
