[Suggestion] Ability to syphon liquids from stolen containers to non-stolen containers #3797

Currently it is not possible to move liquid from stolen container to non-stolen one. It would make more sense if player was able to syphon the liquid.

You can dump liquid from stolen container into a barrel, then fill up non-stolen container with that liquid from the barrel.
