DisplayActivity menu polish #137

The side menu in the DisplayActivity makes me crazy. Everytime, I have to scrolldown because the items do not fit the view. It looks nice but it is slow to use.

I modified it to use the ContentDialog: Screenshot_20240929_033207_com_winlator_XServerDisplayActivity
