[BUG] Input of various localizations from the on-screen keyboard does not work #141

Description of the Issue Input of various localizations from on-screen keyboard does not work. Only english input is working.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. start any game
  2. find any input
  3. open on-screen keyboard, change language to cyrillic.
  4. Input will stop working.

Expected Behavior Input with cyrillic locale must work as with english locale
