resetting time picker when using for multiple text boxes. #130

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Attach time picker for multiple text boxes having different values.
2.very first time when calling time picker working fine
3.calling second time for another text box it is displaying the same time as 
previous text box

expected output: time picker has to show different values for different text 
box values.

version: 2.3.1 

operating system: windows, android, Iphone

Cannot reproduce with v2.4.5 (latest)
