Adds the sidebar nav effect for hover and active links and fixed the tag colour of the hr tag. Adds some padding to the cards/table switcher to make it easier to use on mobile.

The 600px breakpoint fixes a scrolling issue I experienced on mobile. Also, my Oneplus 6t wasn't switched over to the mobile layout leaving less space for content.

Yeah there are several issues with browsing on mobile. After #194 is merged I want to get started on a PR that will tackle accessibility & responsive browsing issues
