the document needs enhance #82

I take me a lot time to make it compile pass because of package dependent, and I still cannot run and test it as I have to read the source code. I think you should enhance the document and make it compile pass and test more easily.

the lwan cannot work untill run in the root path of project whith ./lwan/lwan . firstly, I ran with shell ./lwan in the lwan path. you need give the example more detail.
