Enemy cant find ladder on lvl2 wall of the castle i build

What steps will reproduce the problem?
I've build a castle with lvl 2 walls (Langres castle). When enemy besiege me, 
they dont use the ladder to get up the wall.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected a fight, but i see al lot of stupid idiots standing under the ladder 
running against my walls. xD

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
svn rev 97 on W7

Please provide any additional information below.
When the enemy besieged me before, when i only had lvl1 walls, they had a siege 
tower and there was no problem. Now the use a ladder and cant get up my lvl2 
walls, they just keep hugging the walls.

i almost have the same problem but my case is. that i cant besiege castle. 
everytime that i try to besiege a castle say u have 2 enginner skill have to 
wait 2o hours , and the pass the 20 hours and start over and over again i cant 
besiege nothing i cant become a fucking king!
