Unpublished version not hidden #113

Describe the bug

After a new version of a diagram is published, the unpublished version in the version timeline should be hidden until a change to the diagram is made.

To Reproduce

  1. Create a new diagram
  2. Publish a new version
  3. Assert that the unpublished version is visible in the timeline before any changes were to be made

Expected behavior

The unpublished version should only be visible in the timeline after a change to the diagram is made.
