This is delayed due to ZTF being down but once back this milestone can be tested as per #20.

Delay continues due to ZTF. ZTF camera has had to be taken away for cleaning. Possibly it may be back in mid-February.

• ZTF came back but went down again in early March and is not yet back.
• submitting a sensible change request is difficult due to dependency on ZTF
• if ZTF does not come back, then testing will be performed on archive data

• change request submitted to 30/MAR/22 Exec group
  • due date moves from 31/DEC/21 to 31/MAR/22
  • testing will be performed on archival data

Change request C039 approved by 30/MAR/22 Exec Group Meeting.
As a result

• the means of verification changed from "Lasair team confirm it works on ZTF" to "Lasair team confirm it works on ZTF using archival observations", and
• the due date changed from PM30 (31/DEC/21) to PM33 (31/MAR/22)
