Parent folder above top-level folder during collation #39

If the top level folder is detected as requiring collation, the zip file is saved in <top_level>/../collated.zip this could potentially lead to data loss as multiple processes will overwrite this file.

skip these for now
in future could prepend zip file name with parent folder name
