No cover when adding new shows (fixed when updating show) #85

Still need to fix this: adding a new show won't add the cover, but when updating the show, the cover is properly added.

Looks like it could also be related to TheTVDB being overwhelmed lately.

Should be fixed, if it were DroidShows' fault, by using the same code for both cases.
