Converts time to timezone set on Evotouch controller (so timezone on homebridge can be different)

Added extra logging for schedule points when setting new target temperature

Another pull request created #25 , thanks to your logging screenshot I saw that your homebridge server time is in AM/PM so it doesn't output as 24 hour format in javascript... Fixed it with adding locale option, can you check if it works now?
