What do we do in the new configuration files? #364

This is my first time flashing a 3d printer. I have a Da Vinci 2.0 A dou and it was previously flashed with repetier but I decided to reflash it because I didn't have any files to make a Cura set up and I couldn't get any info from here to make the set up file to start printing masks. Anyway so I reflashed it and now I am unsure of how to do the configuration.h file because all the tutorials I have seen have this nice area that says to manually edit these options. I did a find command and I scrolled through the code to search for this area. I can't find it and since I know very little about code so I decided to come and ask for help here. I said new configuration files in the question because I downloaded from the prior page.
