Save and restore the noise profile with the plugin state #28

Implement the State LV2 extension so that the noise print can be saved along with the session and reloaded when opening the session. It removes the need to automate the capture button on an empty part, or any similar workaround.

This also needs the URID LV2 extension to use standard atom types and register state elements.

This will close issue #9

Hi trebmuh! Did you have the chance to try it out? Did it work correctly for you? FrnchFrgg went ahead and did it himself! Isn't opensource wonderful?

@lucianodato : unfortunately, I'm running out of time right now and will certainly be out of the keyboard til the 31th from tonight or tomorrow.
