Make sure build is independant of ${buildir} #59

Avoid hard-coding builddir location (build) as one may choose to use a different name.

Thanks for merging this! Do you have any plan for a next release soon that would include meson support? That would be awesome.

I should. Just been very busy lately. Let me try everything out this week and if everything works well I will release a new version as is.
