Fix/49 python modules are decoupled from the docs

in tl.init.py not all of the classes and func are imported, is there a reason for that?

to see what is rendered in docs, execute the following:

cd docs
make html
open _build/html/index.html

Thank you for setting this up! Documentation is yet to be polished but it's good that we can build it so easily
