Better documentation in case of merging error.

Hi, @remylavergne thanks for your contribution. Even when xmlns:tools="http://schemas.android.com/tools" "should" be automatically added to the manifest block when developer adds the tools:replace="android:label" it is true that this depends on how the developer edits the AndroidManifest.xml, so thanks again for noting this in the documentation.
