Specify an external Postgresql db for AAP #1

When installing AAP it would be great to allow installation of AAP with an external Postgresql db. I've forked the repo to implement this. Let me know what you think of that

Sure!, It would be closer to what people would have in prod, but since I created the collection to deploy environments for just demos or workshops I took the easiest option that gets the job done :-)

it's first use is for workshops surely, but since we are lacking better support, I would suggest to include such variable so that it can be transitioned to production easily
