Add workflow to auto-update preview image #101

On changes to icons.tsv on branch master the workflow will be called.

It updates the preview image in master and all assets in gh-pages.

I intend to use the CSS on the gh-pages to make the icons copy-and-paste-able on the main README.md page. That will address

in a better way.

Also tried to get the gh-pages themselves going, but that is so old and I end up with a problem with too old gems :thinking: Not important right now, but needs work
