Keep Alive #299

Is there a keep alive setting for the config?

If left idle for a while SFTP times out and the upload from VSCode will error out. I searched everywhere, here, wiki, the market place, and google...no reference.

If VSCode is left open for too long and you try to ftpsync something it will fail with a "Ftp-sync: Uploading filename.php failed: Error: read ECONNRESET" when using sftp. 13 days and no response!?! Latest commit 6e36287 on Dec 26, 2018....Yikes! Is this project dead?
