JAR file dates get altered when files are downloaded from servers.
i.e. Unless they are inside a ZIP file. 

Many phones assign new dates to files copied from a PC. Different operating
systems.

Go Bible Creator should pick up the build date from the system clock and
record it automatically in the Go Bible Menu About information.
